Scraping of any of the text, images, video, or audio found in this site for the use of training artificial intelligence systems or databases is strictly prohibited and does not fall under "fair use" applications. Whether a company is using traditional methods or any other appropriation methods currently known or hereafter devised, whoever employs such tactics to use Omar Marcos' work to inform, train, or otherwise assist or build AI systems or software becomes liable to legal action and enforced payment of restitution in the form of lifetime royalties & other financial penalties. Even if Omar Marcos hasn't "opted out" of your specific program, violations of this clause will be considered a breach of these Terms of Use and financial penalties will accrue, with interest, starting from the time you misappropriated any of his intellectual property.

PROSPECTIVE MODELS : AGE REQUIREMENTS

All the models featured in the photographs and artwork on this site were over the age of 18 at the time of collaboration. Even though modelswearingnylons.com does not feature nudity, all prospective models must be over the age of 18 to be considered.

Omar Marcos may provide only the necessary personal information to legitimate law enforcement agencies only if required to do so by law or legal proceedings in the course of legitimate investigations or actual crime prevention.

Because of the legal nature of these forms, they cannot be deleted even upon request.
