Not every look showcased by a brand is something you should rush out to wear to work. But for our purposes, this year's trend of underwear as outerwear was a perfect escape for the winter doldrums. Bree's fantastic idea translated into one of our most beloved image sessions, incorporating models from across the spectrum. In fact, it was so popular with the ladies that many who weren't present for the actual Summer session later asked to participate after-the-fact. Which is why you'll find apparel in this session from well beyond its supposed time frame, ranging from Spring & Summer '19 through Summer 20! As the ladies have clearly shown, there's something quite alluring about a woman in control-top nylons. With the rapid spread of the coronavirus in 2020, people were under quarantine & shelter-in-place guidelines for weeks at a time, while many others lost their jobs or were placed on indefinite leave. In the midst of the pandemic, Mia (our Director of Promotions) suggested we offer artwork for those ladies affected by all this. And so allow us to present the stewardesses we were fortunate enough to depict for our Worker Appreciation Artwork Gallery! (Any waitresses illustrated for this have now been moved to the Waitress Illustrations Gallery below.)
There's no question that waitresses often have very toned legs & fantastic figures, and we've been privileged to collaborate with some very beautiful ladies in that line of work. So naturally, it makes sense to devote a separate section to them, and what follows is a small sampling of illustrated waitresses from various backgrounds, ranging from hometown beauties to world-famous calendar girls!
