Lynette has worked in office settings for all of her adult life, and has gained a wealth of experience about the ins & outs of a business environment. She has little patience for the less than pleasant behaviors that can sometimes characterize office life, such as the backstabbing of co-workers, childish attempts to derail someone else's project, or even passive-aggressive attempts to isolate unpopular employees. That's partly why we hired her as HR manager, to lead by her example and by her solid line of training. And her no-nonsense approach to good ethics in business is likely why she's so efficient & truly successful in life and in business!
Even though she's approaching middle age, she has no intention of slowing down just yet in regards to business or modeling. And did I mention she looks absolutely stunning in business attire? When she dresses in a skirt, blouse, high heels (and of course, nylons), she's an absolute knockout! And with her shapely gams, it's as if she was born to be a leg model!
ALYSON
MWN BENEFITS & TRAINING SPECIALIST

No, Alyson hasn't supplanted Susan and her listed job description of training new employees. But with the influx of new hires, it only made sense to hire someone to assist in this regard, ensuring everyone is up to speed in the quickest possible time frame. Alyson is also our go-to gal for any & all questions about employee benefits. And that can be quite a task, especially when dealing with our latest off-planet talent. It seems they're usually interested in receiving their checks in some intergalactic currency, and a few have even been inquiring about bringing their pet Yerkles to work! (For those of you who don't know, Yerkles are close cousins of the Tribbles.)
Of course, being the patient person that Alyson is, she takes all this in stride. I've never seen her lose her cool, and in fact, her even temperament is matched only by her incredible beauty! She has brilliant eyes that can truly stop you in your tracks!
MIM
MWN INTERGALACTIC MODEL SCOUT

Aurora's heroic endeavors often bring her to other planets and she often meets various other life forms in her travels. On one such occasion, Aurora came across Mim, a highly intelligent & very beautiful intergalactic talent scout, who just happened to be in the market for a new position. So Aurora introduced us and the rest is history!
I must admit, at first I wasn't really too keen on opening up casting calls to otherworldly beings. Sure, we've had Aurora modeling with us for a while now, but she's humanoid in form, and I was concerned about how to approach talent sessions & rejections for life forms that are, well, not quite humanoid. (A look at this Backstage post will show that some of my concerns were indeed valid: …) But with the help of Mim we've fortunately been able to straighten out the wrinkles in the intergalactic casting process, and we no longer admit gaseous or amoebic beings into talent sessions!
As for Mim, she turned out to be not only a talented model scout, but a truly wonderful model as well! With her lovely figure and her golden-colored skin that can emit an impressive form of bioluminescence, it's quite an event having Mim on set!

MWN NATIONAL MODEL SCOUT

You may have already seen the lovely Trish in our Summer 2019 gallery (in which she looked absolutely stunning!), but I still want to officially introduce you to our talented Model Coordinator. As you may have already guessed, Trish has previously worked as a professional model, and her exotic look & voluptuous figure still continue to dazzle every time she's on set here at ModelsWearingNylons.
And you know, she's not only beautiful, but also extremely well-organized & resourceful, which is why she's our best pick for scouting models here in the United States. Whenever we need to hire outside talent for artwork or photography, Trish knows exactly what to look for and she sets off to find us the best candidates for our current theme. She sifts through the polaroids and agency photos, as well through social media feeds of prospective models to make sure we choose appropriate talent. (More than once I've seen Trish at work doing online scouting and literally wince at some of the models who fill their social media with crude content, not realizing it can cost them certain jobs.)
But for every candidate who doesn't manage her image successfully, Trish finds dozens upon dozens more who do. (…Which shows the incredible amount of competition out there. Which is why Trish is always telling models they need to make themselves stand out - in a good way, of course) In fact, we can thank Trish for finding Holly, as well as Candy and Liz, two of our recent beautiful models who ended up working for us. Keep up the fantastic work, Trish!

MWN INTERNATIONAL MODEL SCOUT 🇸🇪

Since the Human Resources section hasn't been updated for way too long, you may have been getting the impression that Susan works here all by her lonesome. Well, nothing could be further from the truth, as you'll find it takes almost a small village to recruit, train, and retain quality talent. One of the ladies who has played a crucial role in the success of ModelsWearingNylons is our International Model Scout, Kari. Her keen instincts when it comes to selecting outside talent has ensured we've contracted models who are the best fit for our photo & image sessions. She's not only analytical & great at negotiating, but she's quite stylish herself (…Ja, hon ligger i framkant!). Just one glance at the list of international beauties in THE MODS section will give you a glimpse into how much Kari has contributed here. And she was also instrumental in helping us find & hire Fabiana, Nora, and Colette, our ultra-mod Creative Director from France. (It turns out they ended up becoming pretty good friends, too. France & Sweden. Who knew?)
Sure, with everything going on around the world lately, she has actually been doing more modeling for us instead, at least until we start getting back to previous routines. But after seeing Kari's stunning beauty & sultry gaze on set, we'll definitely keep the welcome mat open for her when a modeling opportunity arises!

Susan is the gorgeous Director of Human Resources here at ModelsWearingNylons. She's responsible for the training & new employee orientation for all our new hires. And she's also in charge of making sure all the ladies adhere to the dress code (nylons are required!). Yet even with her busy schedule, Susan will always make time to strike a pose, as you can clearly see above! This quiet beauty can sweep you away with just one look of her eyes, so we always try to find a way to incorporate her in our image sessions!
